https://www.chathamhouse.org/about/chatham-house-rule
Chatham House Rule:
The Chatham House Rule originated at Chatham House with the aim of providing
anonymity to speakers and to encourage openness and the sharing of information.
It is now used throughout the world as an aid to free discussion.
The Chatham House Rule reads as follows:
When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule,
participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor
the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
The world-famous Chatham House Rule may be invoked at meetings to
encourage openness and the sharing of information.
Who: ISSA of New England Chapter members and sponsors only.
If you are a lapsed member or sponsor who will renew in 2020 you are invited to attend.
What: Moderated by Dave Dumas, this is a closed door under NDA blunt
conversation on all Cyber Security topics. Even the most sensitive of issues can
be addressed in this informal setting. At past Roundtables very lively
conversations have gone on between IT Security practitioners, service providers,
vendors, consultants, job seekers, recruiters and others. Please participate with
your security questions or come to listen and provide input to other ISSA-NE
member's security issues and concerns.
