Account compromises yielded larger troves of account information, criminals shifted from low value data with short lived value to records that demand 50 times more on the underground market, and they entered emerging markets for online banking theft. Join us to find out the details and other insights IBM's X-Force has gleaned from our comprehensive threat intelligence gathering. Chris Poulin is a research strategist for IBM’s X-Force Research & Development team, responsible for researching and analyzing security trends in cybercrime, cyberwarfare, corporate espionage, hacktivism, and emerging threats, with a special focus on security for the Internet of Things (IoT), especially connected vehicles. Chris brings a balance of management experience and technical skills encompassing 30 years in information security, software development, and IT management. Chris creates programs to help customers keep pace with emerging threats, and forging the vision for a secure planet. He started his security career in the U.S. Air Force managing global intelligence networks and developing software. |

Join us for a CyberSecurity Incident Response tabletop exercise.
We will do this in a game format offered by Kaspersky Labs called KIPS. Attendees will form teams and run the simulation of a cybersecurity event. See video below for an introduction. |
